  Blueman plumbing are excellent and know their stuff. This is the third time I have used them in two properties. They have done work when others have failed or let me down. Their charges are fair and they go the extra mile to accommodate any requests in case of emergency etc. I don't bother to call any other plumbers since finding them. A pleasure to do business with, my mothers 35 year old central heating system was completely removed and replaced to a superb standard with the minimum of disruption to the occupants. Work was well scheduled and the team listened to our input and suggestions rather than tell us what they wanted to install. I called earlier today seeking help fitting my wachine machine.
The gentleman I spoke to gave me some advice that successfully allowed me to fix the problem and saved me the £65 charge rather than come out and make a killing for a two minute job. | By upgrading my boiler I HAVE USED HALF the amount of gas for the same time period as last year! 4750 kWh instead of 9400. Tarrifs have gone up but I still paid £70 less from Nov to Feb! If you have a G energy certified boiler it really is worth upgrading to an A energy certified boiler, save yourself extra pounds in the long run and reduce carbon emissions. | Very quick response, excellent advise on first contact over the phone. I followed up with 2 additional quotes but Ali's coherent advice made me return to ask him to cost up the job. | I asked the engineer, why he wanted to check my fire alarm? He said: for your safety! it's free of charge.
I am glad he did as the battery was very low, he replaced it free of charge and said "we don't cut corners when it comes to safety!”.

 Thank you for sorting our my mother's hot water, she is 78. I was worried that an engineer might take advantage of her age but I was totally wrong! I was called every step to confirm the costs involved and was sent a copy of the invoice prior to payment for my approval. They also gave my mother a 15% discount. Had my old boiler removed and a new ideal logic + boiler supplied and installed. The work was carried out to a high standard. The place was left clean and tidy. Ali is very courteous and professional. Recommended.
